I guess we should ignore all the regularity requirements audits etc and lets believe people are breaking the law in naked shorting. And its so obvious that everyone is illegally doing it but no one has yet been caught or publicly brought up as an issue.

Like I said..better do more research on the rules and how backwards Canada is.
It's not an accident that shorters from the USA choose Canada to short sell as the rules are way more lax.
