IMO, EVEN IF GOV CAVED IN AND ALLOWED BBD TO BID FOR THE MILITERY CONTRACT, boeing will end up the winner and will get the contract
as the gov will find 17 reason more or less to select boeing P8
-nato use p8
-nato pilots must br retraind on bbd jet
boieng is off the shelf, bbd is just .......
and many other reasons

to me the deal is done
bbd treied and still trying, but i trully dought that bbd will succeed,
imo canaian gov are sold ......
