56 needed in Q4 less the 30 exported, as mentionned by Shamorish, leads to a count of 26 left to deliver. However there were 7 deliveries to made to Canadian customers in Q4, bringing the actual count to 19.

In addition, Bombardier has announced two deliveries from Bombardier Defense, one in october and the other in november. If these two weren't somehow included in the Q4 export count, they could have been exported in Q3 or earlier, the count could would be down to 17.

So a maximum of 19 still needed with a possibility of it actually being 17.
