I reviewed the acquisitions and disposals by insiders and they are all exercising a # of options and then selling a lesser quantity. Its part of their income which they have to pay tax on, but they also retain quite a bit of the shares. Not a negative thing at all.
See for yourself. go to sedi.ca click access public filings on top right corner, click view summary reports on bottom left, click on insider transaction detail, under identify insider or issuer click issuer name and type in Bombardier, under identify date range click on transaction date and then enter the date range you want . where it says Equity select all, click search at the bottom and the report comes out.
