If the stock is at 0.30 with a 40% premium offer to take the company private it would mean you all get 0.42 per share... interesting i might think? Not... so when would this be done and who could particupate with bain capital and the family to take the company private and out of this penny stock world?  La caisse? good luck

no worries i do not think any of what you supposing to happen will happen at lease for now and untill Alstom deal is closed  and from now till then, i am hoping to see share price climibing back up starting second week of nov 2020 after Q3 result (which we all hope to be good along with good Q4 expectations) so, no worry

the reason why bbd sh. price is so low, is that the market and off course the rating agencies beleive that bbd has a huge debt and may not be able to meet its obligation.as bbd pay interest of about 700 million per year of interest and that (beside BT problems) is what is killing bbd in fact, yes, bbd has a huge debt, it was about 9.2-9.4 billion before the last 1 billion facility, so now bbg ...more

jim, yes, i am optimistc and hoping for a positive turn for bbd i may be wrong, but my theory is based on, if yes if BA produce a profit Q after Q i understand that last facility low interest rate is because it is secured. and once BA tis out of the equation, i suppose BA will be profitable Q after Q that will improve credit rating and allow for better rate, do not forget that lenders want ...more

What are the chances or possibilities of securing future debt or refinancing debt with inventories again with lower rate? Is this a normal or doable?
Comment by Shamhorish on Sep 08, 2020 8:41am
bull, right now no one can tell what are the possibilities of securing future debt or refinancing debt with inventories again with lower rate depending on Q3  results, Q4 expectaion, then 2020 results, then Q1 2021, Q2 2021 results will determin the possibilities of securing future debt or refinancing debt at a lower rate
