my bid at $.48 was not filled ...I would think it is a good sign but we never know ,  clearly the share price is still under attack ...frequent  good news is needed to sustain the share price... hopefully the closing of the Alstom deal will remove all the " surprise" "legacy"  expenses that kept coming up over the past few years ... not one institutional buyer ...more

bicente, rarely we get our orders filled, when not paying on ask side, unlesss the Sp starts dropping very fast as we have seen last week dropping to $0.44!

The sellers move from one pocket to the other....they fill there own orders, and capture some strays in the sell.   Then do the same at the top.  Buy there own shares and sell to the strays. each day using a gap in either direction to get the strays on the wrong side of the curve. One must gamble on the next day open.  And the hints are all hindsight after the previous close. im ...more

by crossing trades--they lower the risk of covering short trades--by 2 days
