C'est honteux, affreux et deplorable que du monde intelligent ne savent pas comment administrer ou operer les fonds publics tres important des actionnaires ainsi des investisseurs. Monsieur F. ACCOUNTABILITY .. that is what is lacking in the public sector... I had to incur a $10K expense on a minor construction project just because the city engineer taking care of approvals did not do his due diligence . After approving my plans and construction was underway he called me in and pointed out that I had to modify my build because of new specs needed . I had to rework the plans , get them ...more
