IMO, ONCE R.S. IS DONE AND COMPLETED

bbd will start paying dividents,, even if it start small amount or small %

but the fact that bbd is paying dividents will have a psitive effect and we will not be seeing parazits

The lenders would have something to say and no way I see a dividend with their debt position. Imo they have to put all their focus on paying down debt and at least get it down to a reasonable level which right now it's not.
