anything in that range is great for long term investing. I could care less the exact amount it gets too, but it looks like its headed in that direction, especially with a recession coming.

if it goes to cdn $10.00 than mean this company is worth about 1 billion $ (90 million sh x 10 = 900 million what would prevent the family of making a buy bid for 1.5 billion  and take bbd private for few years, then come back  to the market at 100$ share

You have to love those long term astute prognosis when even seasoned analysts can't get it right  this KIA guy must be in a different class and should be getting paid for his predictions.

Bicente has always said that BBD hasn't screwed it's shareholders over like AC did by declaring BK. But, in your example, if it occurs, BBD will have screwed shareholders over big time and they can f-off as far as getting another penny out of me on a relist.

Does a company need to go BK to screw it's shareholders? Isn't a .78 share price pre-split enough to say shareholders have been screwed over the  years. Do you think the bomber would still  be around if it wasn't for Government help? I would think little risk of a BK at this point  but then again who knows.

i do not expect bbd family to make a take over bid and take bus jet private as they did with BRP,  but it is a possibilty right now,the low bbd.b stock price is serving bbd to buy cheap shares for employees bonuses but if market continue it attack on bbd taking bbd private is a possiblity of course they will pay a premium, but still if it happen,, all of us long will be wiped out

For all these years of MISMANAGING this Company. They'll go Bankrupt just paying the Settlement. Toronto Lawers are dying to get their hands on the Family for the mismanagement of taxpayers money

I gotta say, If they even try to privatize. I'm going to start the Largest Lawsuit they have ever seen. Fifty to 70 times compensation of my investment will be the start. Because I was expecting an AMD type of growth. This R/S seems very suspicious on the privatization front, doesn't it?

any suit would be meaningless especially since the RS was approved by the shareholders with prior notice. very possible that they knew ahead of time what would happen to the share price and I would suspect that kind of scenario of takeover of somekind or pivatization would have to happen rather quickly before giving the shareoprice anytime to recover.  One thing I don't doubt is that they

As i have stated in previous post , from the actions taken, they are taking the long view and don't care about short term pain for short term traders. They have strictly a longer term view and working to get instituitons involved.    In this atmosphere, looks like the swing traders and day traders  are going to have to take their lumps if they screwed up the timing and hold
