Unfortunately, quebec politics versus federal politics always enters into the picture with regards to institutions vying for federal or provincial moneys or contracts.   It is the nature of a good part of our economy, trying to separate totally one from the other is really being a little naive. Concernant le contrat militaire, j'ai crit mon dput ainsi qu'au Premier Ministre leur disant que Bombardier devrait au minimum pouvoir participer l'appel d'offres. Est-ce que a va changer quelque chose? J'en doute, mais peut-tre que si cela se multiplie, les libraux auront une oreille attentive eux qui tranent dans les sondages.
