RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Add another one - Top 17 Personal Reasons I will NOT TenderI appreciate this, really good info! I do remember the Fibrek case involving Fairfax as I follow FFH. Its seems reasonable that if this did proceed to a review by the courts that conducting a valuation of the assets would be deemed a fairly reasonable expectation. It would also be interesting to know where Fidelity stands in light of the situation. How long did the Fibrek case take to resolve? I don't have a very large position in BBL. I took the position due to the huge undervaluation. From a return standpoint, I have done well at $12, however, I know this is worth a lot more. Have you increased your position since the announcement in anticipation of a higher settlement? The downside of doing so seems minimal, however, the potencial upside and timeline seem difficult to quantify. Also, it seems that aside from Fidelity, you amd I are the only shareholders...lol...so not sure how serious the regulators would take such a small deal. This is the unfortunate part. Cheers
