The bashing game

The bashing game
Ever wonder why when you go to a stock's chatboard that it's filled with trolls spreading lies and as much negatively as possible? It's because people have interest in the price going down and not just the people shorting it. When a hedge fund or institution wants to take a position in a stock, they have no interest in just placing a buy order because the stock price will just go straight up and they are paying top dollar for their shares. Instead they will start by shorting the stock, driving down the price and setting off stop losses while collecting shares along the way. They hire trolls(usually from other countries where $1 an hour is good money) to hit the chatboard with nonstop negatively so holders will question their position or prevent investors from taking a position. There's lots of videos on YouTube about the doomsday trolls and how the whole thing works. The more established chatboards just put them on mute because you just end up in the same arguement over and over and over again.
