So I uploaded a video to YouTube. I created an account, clicked the upload buttom, and the video went onlnie. How exactly does BBTV help?

I am failing to see the value that BBTV actually provides. If BBTV is such an amazing company it should be easy to describe the value they add and how they are differentiated. Please feel free to share with the forum.
