well i did it -sold my BCE after 7 years . After seeing Rogers results yesterday something had to give. With rates not going anywhere and imo the didvidend will not go up and has a chance to be cut. Rightly or wrongly Ive made my choice

ronalda..I hope you took a profit on your sale of the BCE shares. Agree with you that rates have been sticky but they will come down later this year (Canada's first cut will be in June..so a couple months earlier than the U.S.). As far as the divvy I do not see any increase for the remainder of the year...but I dont see a cut. If you are looking for something else with a decent divvy and also

Each person has to do what they have to do but I really think this is a bad time to sell. There's no doubt that BCE has way less downside than upside from here. I'm also very confident that BCE will do what it has to do to turn the ship around. These big blue chippers almost always do. Good luck trying to find a better investment.
