I realize not many like yourself won't take the time to actually go through the material, so I should've pointed it out earlier.

Nothing in there about "Techco" and even less about "Transition". Essentially a proxy document about voting at the forthcoming meeting and reems and reems of numbers attempting to justify rich compensation packages for a horde of senior honchos. 84 pages of nothing, nada. Not even a supercificial side comment to the shareholders explaining how a $73 stock could have dropped to $45 in two years. Cheers.
