Bell CTS segment provides a range of communication products and services to consumers, businesses and government customers across Canada. Its wireless products and services include mobile data and voice plans and devices and are available nationally. Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Rogers is trading near their 4 year low of $46.81.

Not sure where you're getting your numbers from but RCI.b closed today at C$49.49, low of the day was C$48.67 (when I posted my comment). That's about an 8-year low (so I lied a little bit when I said "9 years" earlier--it's hard to tell exactly from my Questrade chart).

I should have phrased it better.
Rogers is not trading at an 8 or 9 year low right now.

4 years ago their low was $46.81, and that's why I said they're trading near their FOUR year low.
