I wouldn't be so sure about Trudeau being "gone".   Canadians have proven three times now they're not the sharpest tools in the shed, so don't count Prince Justin out for a fourth term quite yet.  The PC's may have peaked too early, and with interest rates about to come down, it will give Justin something to brag about, and Canadians will lap it up.

As a former (and quite reluctant) Ontario Liberal voter, I can feel comfortable saying you've got the dynamic wrong.  It was an anti-CPC vote that returned them to power in both the recent federal elections.  However, that has bled away as the shocking list of failures mounts up.  People have had enough of scandal, corruption and incompetence.  Add in the embarrassing
