It will move up again into to mid$55 level eventually, but once Powell keeps rates unchanged today at 2pm, and most likely will not give the market any set time frame of when rates will begin to ease there will be a sell off. BCE is already beaten down compared to other high flying tech stocks, so I'm not sure if it will move that much lower, or hopefully hold its ground. It's always
