This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

My opinion

The way I see it, one day there will be a halt to trading, there will be an announcement tthat the banks are on side and the deal is done. Too late then to buy in. BUT, this being Canada, the insiders (or the banks doing the deal) will load up before the stop trade order, and that spike in buying will be the sign a deal is done. The longs and the insiders will be the winners. That's how I see it, and that's my opinion.
