RE: Sue . . . why not?You got that right, it's like me buying your company than changing the sign on the front, hiring new staff, etc etc.
Then after all that damage is done decide  that I don't want to buy it after all. You can bet there will be some kind of fee paid by the Teachers, I suspect they will come to some middle ground.
