Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

I do know that I get a lot of wireless offers from Bell recently, they are now offering wireless deals much more aggressively than I noticed in past years. That tells me that rates have come down, or are heading that way.
Cost pressure on wireless, and on legacy cable/fibre really makes me wonder why they raised their dividend this year, but the people who made that decision know much more than I do about the competitive and industry landscape.
