You can see by the volume and the drop in share price, that investors are exiting their positions.

If this isn't Capitulation, I'm not sure what is.

BCE has the best fundamentals of the Big 3 Canadian Telecoms, yet it is the most OverSold.

Lowest P/E ratio by a long shot and highest Sustainable Yield.

If this isn't undervalued, oversold, and the bargain of the Decade, I don't know what is.

All the last trades were under the 100 share block level... Window dressing to create the illusion of demand....

I have to agree with you Joe. I was very tempted to buy more today but will wait until BCE finds a base. I'd rather miss a buck or 2 on the way up than trying to catch the proverbial "falling Knife" So much panic on this Board. It reminds me of the panic posts about Enbridge, TransCanada, Telus and more about the dividend being cut or eliminated when they hit multi year lows. That
