Trevor Haynes Trevor Haynes, the president and CEO of Black Diamond Group, is heavily involved in a Capital Pool Company called Frontier Acquistion Corp (FFF.P). FFF.P had a qualifying transaction in place in the summer of 2012. We all know how Trevor likes dividends. The prospectus for the QT said dividends would be a part of the new company. Unfortunately, the deal hit a snag and fell through. FFF.P continues to look for another QT. Trevor is a very successful businessman. Best to follow the successful managers. Take a close look at FFF.P, this could be an excellent ground floor opportunity for the next BDI like company.
