RE:RE:EKI've been following the KML example as well. No doubt BDI is trying to do the same thing.
One of the reasons I bought BDI was because of their strong cash flow. I liked how they used it to pay down debt (something most energy companies in Canada DON'T do). I do take exception to you saying they don't have the cash flow to institute a dividend.
Having said that, I do think there might be something in the works to monetize some of their operations. They might sell off a division and return the money to shareholders. With a book value of $4.07 (which is less than 1/2 of where we are right now), this makes a lot of sense.
I'm really excited about the prospect of them turning this stock around. I plan on attending the AGM and asking a few questions.
