Black Diamond Group "Continues to Act" on Business Plan...

11/01/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Black Diamond Group closed a Modular Space Solutions (MSS) acquisition, focused on the Ontario Education/Government sector for $54.5 million.

BMO Capital's John Gibson notes that the company continues to act on its business plan, including organic and inorganic growth in MSS, which generates stable and recurring revenue from diversified industries.

Post acquisition, Gibson is increasing BDI's 2022 and 2023 EBITDA estimates to incorporate the new business.

Maintaining the $6.50 target price and Outperform rating.
