Actually they are profitable on a cash flow basis the write down is due to IFRS and simply offsets the increases that the company occured years prior.  All of those write downs and increases are non cash transactions.  When it comes to trusts it sort of industry standard to look at AFFO and FFO for a better understanding of profitability.  They have also been purchasing and insane amount of unit lately.
