Can sustain a 33% payout ratio after baking in the above increase and modest FFO increase next year.
Alberta continues to be strongest provincial economy as rest of country suffers from hyperinflation locked in by mortgage debt indigestion.

A 10% hike in dividend is far from modest haha. Bring it on though. It's long overdue.

BEI.un 2.12% cash yield today shifting to 2.35% barely moves the needle. ........... Like getting excited about savings account that paid 0.35% now paying 0.40%............. management here some of the best in the business so I'm glad to let them do their job.......... Proven value creators
