Thanks for that insight.

From what I've heard about Dr. Pottow he seems run one heck of a frugal tight ship in terms of spending and finances.

So I think you're right: the fact that he has decided to spend on the sale process in this way, is likely a strong sign that there is strong committment to the sale process and winding things down with Becker Milk.
