Either 1) this is a person with no finance education whatsoever (or who did poorly if courses were indeed taken). University, but even IFIC or MFIC will teach you that the past doesn't guarantee the future. No one worth trusting in a position to provide reputable, responsible and ethical financial advice would ever say anything like that or should quickly be fired if they did. 2) or this IS a person with some economics background who has probably a short position and is trying to Gamestop the share price down so he doesn't lose his shirt on his play, however awkwardly he's going about it. If that's the case, it's a person of poor moral standing that's for sure. There's probably other scenarios, but those are the two most probable that come to mind at this late hour.
Like I said in my earlier post, armchair quarterbacks most of them. I only come her to get the links to McNally money anyways, which is pretty much the only person here (myself included) contributing valuable fact-based research and insight.
