Moved some money from HUT into Bitfarms this morning.    I like both but figured HUT has had some big Nasdaq news, with Bitfarms down today, seems to make sense to buy more and wait on finalization of the nasdaq listing for some movement.

I have done the same.  The Nas listing always takes longer then companies expect.  Bitfarms we should have news next week on the date of when trading will start.   Monday June 21 are rumors that are being thrown around but it's right close.  Things will be flying for the Farmers and then in a few months it will be time to take a look at Hut again and ride that thing as

They've dropped because while they did throw a date out there for start of nasdaq trading, they also announced a big financing at $5.    The sell off at HUT this morning is likely overdone (buying op) but I am still really glad to have moved money into BITF out of HUT yesterday.

Well if you sold the top, then that's awesome. I love hut. I just grabbed 70k shares at $4.75. I'll ride this puppy until NASDAQ. Hopefully bitf clears up their DTC by next week. I know they had some escrow agreement to clear?

No, I didn't get the top but was in the 5.80s on average which worked out great.   I didn't expect the big drop but figured BITF was getting neglected and drifting lower when they too have an imminent nasdaq listing and strong mining capabilities.    HUT is the more mature of the two and I still like them ... today is a buying opporunity there I think.    Not

sometimes a little luck doesnt hurt. ive got lucky a few times too, its great! just like i could of rushed to grab hut yesterday but kinda got lucky that i waited. now im in cheap with great upside potential. once this listing is done, ill rotate back to bitf or maybe but unlikey hive too.

Yes, some luck is nice every once in the while.   I certainly don't count on it because mine is usually bad (winning a free coffee at Tim's once in ten years is usually as good as it gets).    I bought some HUT today again and am going to hold BITF as well for a while I think.   HUT's fundamentals are better and they've obviously mined more coin since

BITF is definitly the fastest growing miner, i think they have the brightest future. HIVE is doing amazing right now because etheruem mining is highly profitable but etheruem mining will expire in the next year or 2, when etheruem moves to POS. So I dont see any major large investors coming into hive becasue they have a grey future. Most big investors have 5-10 year horizons. HIVE is trying to

Thanks for the great insights.   Much appreciated.   In a snapshot, at this moment, HUT has less dillution even with the placement and has mined about 4 times as many coins as BITF.    However, I totally agree that BITF seems to have the more promising future because they are running a much more streamlined mining operation.   HUT can turn that around but

Hive is about 80% etheruem with a mix of asic and GPU etheruem mining. I agree they can switch to mining other coins. My problem with it is, etheruem and Bitcoin are the only coins with a solid future. Even big coins like cardano havnt solidified their future yet. Just like the dot com bubble. Once this economy crumbles and the crypto bubble bursts, the true crypto coin winners will emerge

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly sure that ASIC based hardware is basically optimized to mine one thing (i.e. Ether).    So, if HIVE is heavily invested in ASIC mining hardware, I don't know that they can change it to mine bitcoin or other cryptos without quite a bit of investment.   To survive long term they are going to have to re-make themselves which will mean going

I know hive has GPUs, i think in Europe. Not sure when, but i read they bought alot of asics too, for etheruem and all of their BTC miners of course . But your right, their asics can only mine the coin the are built for. I think the last few hype pumps  for hive are on its horizon, maybe this release coming,  Q1 2021 and decent pump sept to dec for sure, their august report should be

With BTC suddenly on a tear it looks like the miners will open pretty high tomorrow morning. I was in HUT then BITF and have been on the sidelines the last couple of weeks waiting for the right time to get back in. Looks like this week may be the right time?

Technical guys expect a retest around 37k for support. Then if we bounce to break 40k, we could see a run. I don't really trust technical trading but Elon did say today, Tesla will except Bitcoin if the miners can prove at least 50% of the industry is renewable.

Hey AlphaJ! I wasn't sure where to put my money..was either BITF of HUT. I decided to go in large on HUT given that stocks usually get quite a bump when they initially list on Nasdaq...hoping this happens with HUT as well! Glta.

ive personally never been through a big uplisting like this and im unaware of how this usually plays out. I did take a large position in HUT aswell, grabbed a sweet 4.75/ share. This is all experimental for me. Excited to see how this plays out. Great prescursor for how bitf will play out when they get their shizz together. Yeah nothing seems predictable when it comes to BTC that is for sure. I am going to gamble and hold onto HUT until after the list on the Nasdaq then follow the trend from there. If HUT works out I might even get back into BITF and gamble on how their Nasdaq listing turns out. Hopefully we will have that retirement sooner rather than later.

I don't I'm just trying to use logic, although markets are illogical. Riot is 3 billion. HUT is 500 million. Hut is better then RIOT by hodl and hashrate. So why can't HUT be at least be half of RIOT? Thats a 3x..I can't see why hut can't be bigger the riot. That's 6x minimum. But how the market will react...idk. will be interesting to see. I took my place in hut. Rolling

Looks like the market is starting to figure out Nasdaq is not happening for a while. Should be down to $4.00 by Monday. Management needs to step up and admit their are uplisting issue but I'm sure they won't and will continue to let you guys sway in the wind.
