RE:Anyone have any news or thoughts?

RE:Anyone have any news or thoughts? My take is they are working to put in place another off-take partner to add to that with Glencore to cover the full phase 1 production. I suspect the surface rights deal is probably already agreed but to sign that now would trigger rent payments. I expect MOU's first and then contracts for surface rights, land transfers, off-takes and construction finance all to follow. Signing contracts for one without all the others would be pointless and that's why I see MOU's first. I feel that is what they are working on which is probably a few months behind schedule due to the Ukraine elections earlier this year.

The upside is little likely dilution required going forward and the insider buy yesterday makes me think things are still on track but on the downside I am surprised so much stock is about at this level.
