The project is located in proximity of infrastructure, including rail, power, water and ports.

RE:Strangely reassured..Crazy is a bit strong but this is a big ask even at 5c in this market. I said a couple of weeks ago I thought this may happen but this is far bigger raise than I expected. Unless they see the virus delaying things for 2 years I'm not sure why you dilute so much at this level. And it's an exact sum they want to raise - neither the shares offered or the money they are looking for is a round figure which is more normal. Not sure why. Sure they were over subscribed a year ago but this is bigger and frankly despite big talk nothing has really been achieved in binding terms in the 12 months since. I worry investors will take the shares, dump after 4 months to get their money back and sit on 12m 6c warrants for 3 years. That for me is a warrant dated far too long and does not inspire confidence. 12 months is plenty.
