A couple of other recent examples: Longford Energy that ended up to be Urthecast (which aslo turned out to be another scam) after a major battle with an institution ( The company never drilled a well and they were fleecing the company in high saalaries and termination contract windfalls) Boris Becker (the tennis star) sued Bharti for fraud with regard to Nigerian oil properties. And do you ever notice Sprott NEVER invests in tandem with an F&M associated company.
I realize the discounted NPV of the project relative to market cap is so substantial here given the timeline but it is necessary to stand some chance of eeking out some potential return as a minority investor.
