What's going on with the dividend?

Is that a thing to tie the dividend to the 3 month T-bill rate?

I imagine you're looking at some kind of preferred share. The BAM stock pays $0.12/quarter in US funds. If you're Canadian and own BAM.A it pays you the equivalent of 12c US in Canadian dollars.
