To your point on furture fund raising the Company has stated they needed to raise +/- C$100M to put the Mine into production based on the PEA from last year.
If they raised +/- C$50M yesterday that should leave +/- C$50 to be raised in equity and / or debt. Your prediction of a future fund raising post FS has been signaled to the market. If my math is correct they will have +/- 130M shares ourstanding post clsoing of this deal with potentially only C$50M more to raise.
GBR's has 49M shares issued with no NI43-101 land no Mine infrastructure and PGM has approximately 380M shares issued with similar production profile to BNAU.
