RE:RE:Battle North Gold to be acquired by Evolution MiningAccording to the George Ogilvy interview of last week -- there are 3 or 4 drill holes in the exploration portion of the property that have been completed and sent for assay to the lab. I do hope that the company puts a rush on these assays and posts the results BEFORE any meeting is held to approve the sale to evolution.
BNAU company shares are primarily held by institutions and back of the envelope calcs suggest that both Sun & Templeton (largest shareholders) will make ~$8M at this sale price.
Retail shareholders are along for the ride on whatever these institutions decide to do. I suspect they have decided that an $8M profit in the hand is worth more than a $30M profit in 24 months.
