Rubicon spinout Africo Resources

I see that the class action lawsuit brought by Africo shareholders against the hedge fund that stole the asset has been settled for US$136 million in restitution for the shareholders.  That is more than 50% higher than the current value of Rubicon!  I would think that the previous management (pre Michael Lalonde) have smiles on their faces.
