Vega509 thanks for the feedback.....I haven't had a chance to read the details or the PR - but, did it spell out the binding purchase agreement as it relates to accepting other offers? Thanks  ...more

Why would someone pay 14c this morning?

Is there any other reason that I don't know of besides the fact that these investors believe that we could get a better offer down the road?

I was an unfortunate stock holder of a TSX listed junior oil company that when the shares reached 700 million did a 8-1 reverse split. I need not elaborate what that did to the share price? It's ...more

RE:RE:The Real Question Now is........do we think a Competing

not sure, but IMO a binding purcahse agreement means no other offers can be accepted, unless specified in the agreement. that said, TST has been sold for little more than cash value ($42.4M). the ...more

RE:RE:Anyone else think it's best to sell Tst and buy into Pli?

For now, forget about a reverse split for PLI. The management have no interest. The only time PLI would do a RS,it will be note more than 3 to 1, and this will be done only if they go to the NASDAQ ...more

At least the mgmt team will be gone.

I tought exacly the same way, PLI will climb in the next few weeks IMO. The only thing that stop me to sell right now is to consider a better offer than ,14c until november... What's your opinion ...more

Anyone else think it's best to sell Tst and buy into Pli?

or do we just sit on our Tst and let them convert in November? I would just hate to see it hit 4$ then get 1 share per 29 instead of 21 I can't see it going down from here.
