Looking forward to read up on justification of 14 cents by the "INDEPENDENT ANALYST" . How can anybody justify fair market value when you combine cash and tax loss to write off and perhaps write off completely 2 plants and mcna platform in phase 3. In 2005 bioniche sold plant in Ireland for 30 mill which was bought out for 500 mill in 2010 by Mylan. ( numbers approx. ) SAME THING WILL HAPPEN TO MCNA. I vote NO. Then get rid of them all in November.

follow the money ....... who paid for the "independent analysis"?

much like before the 2008 crash, the ratings houses were giving AAA+ ratings to the CDS's with full knowledge they were total junk, and the banks were shorting those same CDS's. their answer to the congressional hearings was "we gave the customer what they paid for", and the same applies here with TST.

14¢ barely covers the supposed cash on hand, let alone the vast array of assests and tax concessions.
