Still high in themselvesThey covieniently left out the part about their focus on driving shareholder value.
The management of this company has for many years promised to provide shareholder value based on their expertise, knowledge and experience. Not so much.

From the useless BOD (James Rae) to the various leadership groups, McRae and Berendt, you should be held accountable for bad decisions and missed opportunities. Instead, you have looked after yourselves. Disgraceful.
