What if Ipsen didn't want to pay .50 sp as a buyout figure. Decided to test the waters and let it go (like free agency in sports lol) and now that the bottom line has been drawn by PLI - Ipsen comes back into the picture with an offer...after all the BOD had to act quickly and force the hand of all potential buyers and accept any offer - remember the BOD would be voted out anyways at next AGM  in Nov and with the it golden parachute...(maybe that was the agreement all along  and reason for no updates of ongoing FDA meetings - remember the FDA was going to work closely with TST in the coming months after the Feb 2/16) doesn't it seem odd that last three days of trading volume very low...haven't we seen the picture play out before? any thoughts, comments...

wishful thinking. this is such a small cap company, if 1.someone else was interested big time, 2.think they can offer better than the 14 cents, 3. board is corrupted and intentionally blocked their offer. there would've been an offer made public to the shareholders already, see what suncor did to canadian oilsand earlier this year. they knew there was risk with the board, so they just made
