BNE's pps was like OBE, and then SGY and now down to a level that is close to CJ. Its FFO per share is much higher than SGY and CJ and yet it keeps selling off.

How sad.

Management needs to communicate their plan ASAP, like yesterday.

It will be all forgiven if they sold it at nice premium though.

Yes, how sad.  I've wrote about communicating their plan for months now but was jumped on by several on this board for it while they said it is a well managed company.  A company that is well managed does not need banks to come in to clean up balance sheets for them and place restrictive covenants on debt.  They should have done a financing for 10MM shares when the price was $12 and got the debt and bankers out of the way.  Even a 46MM share float is still low.  Looks like options are a more appealing avenue though while common shareholders continue getting beaten..

I am even more embarraseed today.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

People jump on you because you keep posting the same things over and over.  And you are still doing it.  Its hard to make it any more simple. You have no say in how BNE is run and that will not change no matter how many times you post what they should do. You are nobody and nobody important  cares what you or any of us small shareholders think. And who are you anyway to say how this company should be run?  Are you the majority shareholder?  Just by reading your posts i would not let you run a lemonade stand much less an oil company.

They have communicated their plan. It was to get debt down to a more resonable level and then start to return capital to shareholders. Now with oil prices crashing that may take longer than expected.

Now a smart investor who was interested in dividends would not sit around this board for years endlessly posting the same b.s. as if that will change anything.  No they would sell out and go and buy an oil stock in a better financial position with less debt that pays a dividend.

You are just to thick skulled and self important  to understand that you dont control anything about how this or any company is run.

What you do control is what stock you buy or sell.

And for anyone with some brains thats all you need to control.
