What the heck is going on...

BNE is going to be close to 50% of OBE soon....4.38 Bne to 8.70-8.80 obe share....
One Jan 1 BNE was worth close to 59% an obe share.

Market doesnt seem to believe in a 2024 capex this high for BNE...
