If you pay attention to the language of albanian articles it is kind of similar to the language used by north koreans in documentaries about north korea. There's a sect of the country that is holding onto socialist soviet mentality still. This is obvuiosly a load of hog wash generated to scare away buyers. It's illegal. And you are a participant. Will you be caught? Probably not. Where's the enforcement these days. Welcom to the apocalypse.
