Still leaves a nice 10% arb for new money but things are definitely tightening up.

Chinese wall or not when you see First Energy on the buy after sitting on the sidelines the last few weeks you know the inhouse word is this deal is done. Added myself at 1.94 yesterday and 1.98 today but think that is probably it for me.
