Some day they are going to have 100 year amortization for mortgages.........this will allow even the peoples with minimum wage jobs able to afford a nice house...........i know some peoples will laugh at this notion but it will happen someday........ibthink banks would simply drool at the prospect of 100 year amortized mortgages
