If ever?

AirBoss of America (TSE:BOS) was downgraded by analysts at National BankInc. from an "outperform" rating to a "sector perform" rating. They now have a C$6.00 price target on the stock, down previously from C$8.50. This represents a 52.3% upside from the current price of C$3.94.

Well I just bought it for whatever that's worth. The dividend might not be sustainable but the company will get through this. It's trading at extremely low historical multiples and has had very large moves in the past. In worst case, they have assets to sell but I don't think that will come to it.  With everything going on in the world and now in tax loss selling after a brutal ...more

One of the best purchases I ever made was buying a fantastic leather jacket in a department store in August when it was 30 degrees celsius. I also once bought stock at the all time for a company that was taken over so when a friend called me a bottom fisher  hoping for me to react badly ,I wasn't offended. That's the idea. Classic value play. Admittedly it's a pretty scary buy here as it gets sold but that's probably a good sign. Thanks for your other posts as well. I tend to agree with Telfser and if the dividend is indeed safe this stock will rerate higher sooner than later.  The pro/con of this type of company that I see is the bulky contract work which leads to large swings in ...more
