Common Shares are not Prefer Shares.  

Prefer Shares are different from Debt.  

You have Gains when Share prices go up.

Stop ignoring the TRUTH Sonoffergus by spewing out other Truths.    Companies ARE redeeming some of their RESET PREFERS.... PERIOD, FULL STOP.
