RE:Sure Glad These Are RESET Preferreds. 2+ years of rapid I think the reason is that Brookfield likely kept a subsidiary called Brookfield Office within the BPY company and if it gets into trouble, they walk from it and declare bankruptsy of BPO, with the preferreds inlcuded in that company. The BPY continues on as it was. That is why I only have a small pref position in BPO from what was a large position. If you can confirm otherwise, that the BPO prefs sit above the BPY common, let me know amd I would considering buying back.
