the lowest share prices will see the GREATEST Increase in yield next reset.   JUST CRAZY JUMP in yield.   

Not only the 5yr rate will jump from near zero to around currently the 5yr of 3.7%..
That change is leverage/magnified the lower the share price.

Once these shares start resetting, look out, if people/market don't realize now, when they reset, they will realize.

T's will reset end of this year.   While the jump in yield is impressive, just try calculating some of the others!!!!!

2026 is a few years away still, gives time for BPY to rent out at higher rents.   Pierre, I also do not expect the central bank to raise interet rates much more and even drop them a little in a couple years.......
